Hokkaido is known as Japan’s largest area for milk production, and the island's dairy products including cheese and yogurt, can now be enjoyed at this new antenna shop in Tokyo’s trendy Jiyugaoka neighbourhood.
At Milk Land, you'll feel like your visiting a real farm instead of being in the middle of our bustling capital. Take a seat and try out the milky soft serve ice cream (¥380) or sample three different types of milk by ordering their tasting set (¥180). Foodwise, order the ‘Cheese Pan-due’ (¥1,800) featuring bread filled with a rich cheese sauce and served with vegetables, seafood and meat, or the ‘Hokkaido-born Carbonara Rice’ (¥900) where you can dig into Hokkaido rice tossed in a creamy carbonara sauce made exclusively from the island’s dairy products.
