Ramen just got another upgrade with this new Ginza-based joint, which is the sister of sushi restaurant Nihonbashi Maishi near Nihonbashi Station. That would explain why their ramen broth features a unique sea bream flavour enhanced with premium salt, and kelp imported from Rishiri Island located off the coast of Hokkaido. Besides their standard ‘sea bream ramen’, try their specials, such as ‘sakura-ebi sea bream ramen’ topped with sakura-shrimp tempura, and their ‘three-types of sea urchin sea bream ramen’.
