Mediterranean Spanish Bikini Medi

Japan's best-known Spanish chef, Josep Barahona Vines, is the man behind this eclectic Mediterranean restaurant, opened in late 2015 inside the Tobu department store's Dining City Spice area in Ikebukuro. An offshoot of the original Bikini in Akasaka, Bikini Medi entertains your taste buds with artisanal ham, sausages, fresh veg and seafood, best sampled in the form of pinchos and other appetisers. The ‘Preacher of Pinchos’ has delivered again.
