Mazulu Halal Beef Noodle Tokyo Station Shop

This famed lamian shop's second international outpost is at Tokyo Station. They only serve Lanzhou Halal Beef Noodles and it's a winner: the soup is made with halal beef, bones and over 10 different spices, while the noodles are hand-pulled to order – their thickness can be adjusted on a nine-point scale.
