Enjoy this beautiful afternoon tea set from the Mandarin Oriental's 38th floor overlooking the Nihonbashi skyline. Inspired by his childhood summer memories, executive pastry chef Stephane Tranchet has created a nostalgic menu featuring a melon and prosciutto salad, a banana and pecan nut tartlet with chocolate cream, and a honey jelly served with green grapes, and a honey milk sorbet. Savoury bites include a mini margherita pizza, spring rolls with chicken, and a green pea tartlet topped with fresh goat cheese and black truffle.
