When it comes to burgers, Tokyo has rather limited options – especially if you’re eating halal. To meet this demand, Luxe Burgers in Nihonbashi has started serving gourmet burgers that are not only affordable but also certified halal by the Japan Halal Foundation.
Luxe Burgers is run by chef Sani who spent over 20 years cooking French cuisine at prestigious hotel restaurants in Japan. A majority of the burgers here are made with 100-percent lamb patties. Seasonal organic vegetables are sourced from local farms while all the sauces and seasonings are made in house.
Aside from the signature double cheeseburger (¥2,050) and avocado cheeseburger (¥1,700), the restaurant also offers other types of burgers: there's a grilled chicken, salsa sauce and coriander burger (¥1,400) as well as a vegetarian option (¥1,500). Prefer all vegan? Try the sandwich made with avocado and vegetables from Miura (¥1,350) and pair it with a coriander salad (¥1,050).
You can dine in or order for takeout and delivery via the restaurant website.
