Luke's Lumine Yokohama

Manhattan-born lobster roll specialists Luke's recently set up yet another shop in Kanto, with Lumine Yokohama being the lucky winner in March 2017. The mandatory lobster rolls, crab rolls and shrimp rolls are of course available, alongside Yokohama-exclusive offerings such as a lobster or crab grilled cheese sandwich. With the toastie being stuffed with seafood and gruyere cheese, there's no need for a lot of extra seasoning – just the flavours of the sea will do.
