Channelling coastal Maine in New York since 2009, Luke Holden and his father have built up quite a following with their impeccable lobster rolls. Whole juicy claw meat is nestled inside a toasted, buttered bun, making for a creamy but light experience. They also sell crab and shrimp versions, and have been doing a roaring trade since opening their first Tokyo outpost in Harajuku last year. This new Hiroo branch is their third Tokyo shop (following Shibuya) and will hopefully help alleviate crowding at the other two, which occasionally see multi-hour queues on the weekends.
