In exciting news for all meat lovers, burger and steak specialist Lantern opened on July 12 in Kagurazaka. Formerly a teppanyaki joint, it used to offer burgers only on the weekends, but the popularity of this dish convinced the owners to transform the business into a more specific kind of carnivore haven. What's so special about that burger, then? Well, the patty is made with coarsely ground Aussie beef and wagyu fat for an extra-juicy touch. You can try it for lunch or during dinner time, when the menu also includes Ashikaga beef (a Tochigi prefecture brand of wagyu) steaks.
