The combo of rice and salmon is always popular among sushi fans, who'll want to be among the first to check out this new Harajuku opener. Having started business just a few days before the end of 2017, Kumada deals exclusively in salmon-don, which are bowls of rice topped with various types of the familiar fish. In addition to their signature Kumada-don, try the broiled salmon-don using fresh Nordic product, or go all out with the sanshu tabekurabe-don, topped with three different types of salmon. All of these come with a serving of sake-chazuke (rice and salmon with tea poured over), so you're very likely to leave with a full stomach.
