Having broken away from an older Shimokitazawa restaurant with the same name, Kozasazushi is one of Ginza's less storied upscale sushi joints. Try kohada (shad fish gizzards), conger eel, or kisu (whiting) vinegared with konbu seaweed to understand why it's been able to survive on the raw fish battleground that is Ginza. The sushi comes in fairly small portions, so if you go starving, be prepared for a big tab. We recommend sitting at the counter and starting off with a couple of appetisers and cocktails before moving on to sushi.
