Time Out says

Although cooking your own okonomiyaki is always fun, sometimes one prefers to have this savoury pancake-style dish prepared by a professional. Most of Tokyo's okonomiyaki joints don't offer this service, preferring to let diners deal with the sticky batter to the best of their abilities. Marunouchi's Kiji, however, offers relief for those less than skilled with small iron spatulas: originating in Osaka, the home of okonomiyaki, this restaurant offers a range of ready-made cakes. Our favourite is the suji-yaki, which has gently boiled beef tendons mixed in with the dough. Seasoned with both a sweet and a slightly spicy sauce and served with a boiled egg and plenty of green onion, it makes for an ideal pre-drinking meal or a fun family adventure.
