Time Out says

This restaurant inside Pasela Ikebukuro is dedicated to the famous masked vigilante who fights monsters, Kamen Rider. The long-running franchise began with a TV series in the 1970s and has since spawned countless movies, video games and more. The walls are covered in pictures of Kamen Rider going all the way back to the original show, and there are even rare figurines on display.

The menu features dishes inspired by the series, including a gratin (¥770) shaped like one of the Kamen Rider Kiva character, aqua pazza (¥1,210) served in a black bowl to match the black suit of the villain in Kamen Rider Zero-One, and a loco moco rice dish (¥990) made to look like the face of the original masked rider featuring lettuce, a hamburg steak, cheese and ketchup.

Fans will also want to purchase the restaurant’s exclusive merchandise like coasters (¥880), a box of cookies (¥1,100) and a beer jug featuring Shocker himself (¥1,870).
