Local chefs and food producers come together to create an entire menu featuring five different cuisines: Italian, Chinese, American, Japanese and French. This multiconcept restaurant is located on the first floor of Kabuto One, the towering Nihonbashi-Kabutocho office complex which can be accessed directly from Kayabacho station. The lunch menu offers a selection of 15 dishes, while the dinner menu has a whopping 60 options including olive oil pasta with shirasu and pistachio dukkah, fugu (pufferfish) karaage fried chicken and organic kiwi cheesecake.
It's open from 9am to 11pm daily, meaning you can dine here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Make sure you take a look around the spacious restaurant while you eat – the walls and ceiling are decked out with handmade Japanese crafts and designs.
