Time Out says

Health-conscious café Lakan-ka, which specialises in food and sweets made with Lakanto (a natural sweetener derived from monk fruit), is bringing back kakigori shaved ice to its menu for the hot season. From July to the end of September, you’ll be able to try out two varieties of this quintessential summer dessert: avocado caramel and berry condensed milk.

Each kakigori contains only about ten grams of sugar, and as Lakanto is a zero-calorie sweetener, these desserts qualify as guilt-free. The avocado caramel option features a rich avocado sauce topped with crunchy pistachios and almonds. To amp things up, the kakigori comes with a side of caramel sauce you can drizzle the dessert with as well as some rock salt to sprinkle on top. The berry condensed milk version is light and refreshing thanks to the fresh berries and condensed milk offering just the right amount of sweetness. This one is topped with shiratama mochi and a crispy brown rice puff for added texture.
