California smoothie chain Jamba’s first deli-style café is at Gransta Marunouchi, under Tokyo Station. Not only will you be able to get Jamba’s famous fruit juices (from ¥610) and smoothies (from ¥550) here, there will also be plenty of light meals that are vegan and gluten-free. Deli items include tofu hamburg steaks, soy meat chili con carne, grilled veggies, and more.
On weekday mornings (8am-11am) you can stop by for the breakfast set, which includes your choice of bread, two kinds of spread and tea or coffee (¥600). Or throw in an extra ¥200 to upgrade your drink to a small smoothie.
For lunch (11am-4pm), there’s a deli plate which includes brown rice, three side veggies, one main deli item and a small smoothie for ¥1,500. If you want something easier to grab on-the-go, there are sandwiches and wraps (from ¥550) available all day.
For an afternoon pick-me-up, order a cup of Jamba’s original coffee blend (from ¥390) and a granola cookie or a gluten-free Basque cheesecake. Plant-based milk options like soy, oat and almond are available for non-dairy drinkers, too.
