Ippudo Ginza Seasonal Ramen

Ramen can be seasonal too – at least that's what Ippudo's Shigemi Kawahara is trying to convince Tokyoites of with this one-day event held at the now world-conquering chain's Ginza flagship. Created specifically for the occasion, two of Kawahara's latest innovations can be sampled: the Chicken Ramen is served at lunchtime, while the hot pot-style Hakata Mizutaki takes over in the evening.
