Head on over to the Marble Lounge at the Hilton Tokyo this summer for a dazzling sweet buffet decked out with the jewels of the sea. The mermaid-inspired buffet will feature 30 new sweets concocted by chef Osamu Harita along with 20 kinds of drinks and light meals filled with savoury bites. Along with the buffet, special live cooking stations will also be available with chefs whipping up made-to-order desserts.
Look forward to the Princess Mermaid Tiara shaped like a shell and filled with fresh dragon fruit, cassis and fig confiture, as well as the Rosie Shell Treasure, an elegant dessert shaped like a snail shell and filled with rose-flavoured shortcake, white peach and mixed berries.
