Specialising in Japanese-style ‘Western’ cuisine or yoshoku, Grill Victoriya’s signature dish is their Fillet Shogayaki (¥1,100), which uses plenty of freshly grated ginger to create its signature flavour. The recipe here hasn't changed since its establishment more than 50 years ago. Another favourite includes the Tegone Hamburg Steak (¥950), which is made fresh each day.
