The French Kitchen at Grand Hyatt Tokyo is pulling out all the stops this spring with a decadent sakura and strawberry afternoon tea buffet. The selection includes a variety of choux pastries with a light sakura cream filling as well as tasty cakes such as sakura sponge and a lovely strawberry and white chocolate mousse cake. Savoury items include a kale and sweet potato quiche, cod croquettes and a cheesy ham croque monsieur.
