Looking to enjoy a fancy meal without breaking the bank this Christmas? Then the Grand Café at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel is a good option. It’s changing its buffet menu to add more festive dishes this December, and the price is pretty reasonable. In addition to the usual seasonal terrine, salad nicoise, quiche and chirashi sushi, the Family Christmas Buffet includes a range of meat and seafood such as roast chicken with perigueux sauce, fan-fried sea bass with white wine cream sauce, lamb navarin, roast pork, potée (French stew with meat and vegetables) and salmon. There will also be over a dozen seasonal desserts like strawberry Christmas shortcake, stollen, pistachio mont blanc, bûche de Noël and black forest cake, plus ice cream, fruits and wagashi (Japanese confectionery).
