This restaurant inside Hotel Musse Ginza Meitetsu is only open until 3pm, but it just serves delicious breakfast food every day.
Even better, it’s a breakfast buffet, meaning you can pick and choose what you like to create your ideal breakfast platter. You won’t find any disappointingly cold toast and mushy eggs here. Instead, there’s a mix of Japanese breakfast dishes and deluxe Western options.
Go for a traditional Tokyo breakfast with some chawanmushi (savoury egg custard), koji-marinated salmon, and boiled oysters with aonori seaweed and miso soup. Or try the decadent eggs with truffle salt, the pumpkin gratin with grilled sausages, or a seasonal fish chowder.
There will also be plenty of bread rolls, white rice and sweet options like cereal and fresh fruit, too. Best of all, you don’t have to be a guest at the hotel to get breakfast here. Depending on the day, meals range between ¥2,200 to ¥2,800 per person.
