Yakitori joint Fuku is very small – 25 people and the place is full – but the quality is outstanding. Be sure to try the chicken neck with leeks on top and, if you’re feeling adventurous, chicken tail. Finish off with green peppers stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon.
