Time Out says

Flash Coffee, the Singaporean tech-meets-coffee chain, opened up its first outlet in Japan. It’s great for caffeine addicts on the go, because everything must be ordered and paid for in advance through the store’s app, meaning you can just turn up, grab your coffee and go.

The menu offers 20 kinds of drinks ranging from espresso, house blend black coffee and a latte made from high quality arabica beans, to non-caffeinated drinks like the Japan-only matcha latte and ume kombu tea. Being efficient doesn’t mean the drinks aren’t fun. You’ll find some unusual flavours like the avocado latte (¥490) and mitarashi dango-inspired latte (¥550) too, produced by latte art champion and barista, Hisako Yoshikawa. All the drinks are customisable, so you can choose the amount of sugar, change the type of milk, add extra espresso shots and more.
