Approaching its 45th anniversary next year, this popular Hawaiian pancake house released its spring menu, available until April 25. The menu features a new take on the restaurant’s popular eggs benedict, topped with a pink sauce, naturally coloured from beets (¥1,380), and fluffy strawberry-topped pancakes, surrounding a mountain of slightly pink-coloured sakura-flavoured whipped cream (¥1,480). Sounds like a great break after gazing at the countless cherry blossom trees scattered around town.
