Time Out says

Tokyo’s second Eggslut is located in the shiny new Miyashita Park complex, and it even comes with its own outlet exclusive item. Only available at Eggslut Shibuya, the sumptuous Park Side Sandwich (¥1,180) is a pile-up of shrimp, avocado, chimichurri sauce, fried egg and a special honey-mustard egg salad. The egg salad is especially moreish, made up of French mustard and honey, and seasoned with celery salt and green onions. If you can’t get a seat inside, not to worry; grab a takeout and head up to the building’s rooftop park, which provides plenty of space to enjoy your eggy snack.

To match the hip new location, creative studio &Supply designed the staff uniforms while the studio’s dedicated mural-painting team Relish produced a series of artworks exclusively for the Miyashita Park location, in a nod to Tokyo street culture.
