This izakaya in Shinjuku serves a plethora of seafood dishes including enormous sashimi platters (medium ¥1,980, large ¥3,980), grilled and fried fish and more unusual items like uni and ikura (sea urchin and salmon roe, respectively) gratin (¥980) and shrimp and scallop croquette (¥580). The drink menu includes your standard selection of beer, chuhai, sake and sours starting from ¥280. Make sure you check out the restaurant’s recommended specials, which change monthly and include ten or so dishes with fresh seasonal ingredients.
