San Francisco-born bean-to-bar chocolate purveyor Dandelion Chocolate’s first concept store in the city centre is in Omotesando’s GYRE, sharing the same basement floor as Danish furniture shop HAY – and the design is gorgeous. Similar to its factory store in Kuramae, this offshoot sells a selection of single origin chocolate bars, as well as sweet treats like s’mores and gateau chocolat. However, this is the only store in Japan where you can get its single origin soft serve ice cream (¥600), which come in chocolate and 'nib milk' flavours.
