Just when you thought you’ve seen it all, out comes this new café in Kuramae which decides to serve all its drinks in adorable bear-shaped bottles. Better yet, you can take the bottles home with you – repurpose them as water tumblers or even to store your small accessories.
The menu at Coffee & Bar Genie consists of espresso-based coffee drinks as well as teas and fruit juices. The latte is made from the café’s house-blend beans, which you can also purchase by the bag or in drip packets at the store.
Tea drinkers will want to try the unusual earl grey-orange juice mix for a refreshing change. Feeling peckish? The shop also carries a small selection of sweet treats including baked cheesecake and chocolate croissants.
