Formerly famed for its ¥500 weekday lunch pizzas, Hiroo's Pizzeria Bar Napoli still undercuts the local competition by quite a bit. If you've ever eaten at nearby Partenope, you'll probably be able to see where they're making the savings, but the quality is generally better than at the even-cheaper Napoli's Pizza Caffe chain – and has improved noticeably since the place first opened. The ¥1,080 lunch sets now include soup, salad, drink and dessert; sat directly opposite the local Starbucks, and with a front that opens out onto the street, the restaurant has been doing a roaring midday trade since it opened back in 2011. The prices go up considerably at dinnertime, when the kitchen also turns out a variety of antipasti and entrees including acqua pazza.
