Having caused quite a ruckus among the capital's fromage fiends when it opened in Shibuya in spring 2017, this specialist in all things cheese now sets up another Tokyo location – this time on the tenth floor of the Marronnier Gate complex in Ginza. Its version of the raclette is somewhat fancier than casually scraping off a massive slab of gooey goodness in an alpine village, but it tastes just as good. The plentiful wine list and eye-popping views of the neighbourhood add to the attraction.
