Perfume lovers will delight in this afternoon tea inspired by the fragrance ‘Gabriel’ by Chanel. The Four Seasons Hotel have created a special menu featuring sweet and savoury bites such as cassis orange choux, tart of fromage and mandarin, passion citrus gateau, and foie gras confit with jasmine. The floral and citrus flavours reflect the fragrance, which has notes of jasmine, ylang ylang, tuberose and orange blossom. There will be 23 different tea options and for an additional ¥500, you can also choose from five different kinds of hot chocolate made with Valrhona chocolate.
