Fancy a cup of tea? The teas at Chachanoma are carefully brewed by a tea barista, who lords over a selection of more than 30 varieties. Try the susuri-cha (‘slurping-style tea’), brewed with a lidless pot to draw out the true flavour of the tea without steaming the leaves too much – a process invented by one of the baristas. We love the jussai-shiru (‘ten vegetable soup’), which contains up to 400g of veg in one portion.
