Located in Tokyo's multilingual Azabu-Juban neighbourhood, Carnism specialises in charcoal-grilled meats cooked in a tandoor stone oven. In addition to the standard beef, pork and chicken dishes, the menu also offers meats you don’t see so often in Japan, like lamb and rabbit. You can order a la carte, but we recommend going for the course meal that offers your choice of ten lamb or beef dishes for ¥2,980. There are also over 30 types of Japanese craft beer to wash it down with.
