Hilton Tokyo is bringing Dave Pynt, chef-owner of famed Singapore hotspot Burnt Ends, to the capital this February. Chef Pynt will be cooking up a storm over the course of this three-day pop-up event, where you’ll be able to try his famed modern barbecue that has earned his restaurant a coveted Michelin star.
Along with the Michelin prestige, Burnt Ends has also been continuously present on the World's 50 Best Restaurants and Asia's 50 Best Restaurants lists. Hailing from Perth, Australia, Chef Pynt has also had the privilege of working at world-renowned culinary institutions such asTetsuya's in Sydney and Denmark’s Noma.
For this special three-day pop-up, Pynt will be showcasing his innovative grilling techniques using local Japanese produce and will cook up specialities over the restaurant's signature sakura wood. You can choose from a nine-course lunch or 11-course dinner menu that will include dishes like smoked quail eggs with caviar, beef marmalade with house pickles, and a smoked venison with parsnip and artichoke.
