New York brunch institution Bubby's continued its conquest of Japan with the opening of this branch right outside Tokyo Station. Housed in the Yaechika underground shopping mall, the restaurant provides a more convenient breakfast spot than than its sister shop over in Ark Hills, though the format is otherwise unchanged. The shop opens from 7.30am on weekdays (9am at the weekend), serving up an array of US-style comfort food including pancakes, burgers and the famed Bubby's pies. The long communal table adds to the home-cooking vibe, while there's also booth seating if you're looking for something more intimate.
