Bondolfi Boncaffe Hibiya

Opened in June 2017 just across the street from the Hibiya library, the second Tokyo outpost of this Roman café (the first one is in Daikanyama) serves very decent espressos from 7am on weekdays. That, and the freshly made paninis, are enough to score top marks in a city where many so-called specialist coffeeshops still don't start business until lunchtime.
