Taiwan’s speciality hot pot chain Boiling Pot has finally opened its very first outpost in Japan. While Japanese-style hot pot restaurants let you share a pot between you and your fellow diners, Boiling Point serves individual, single-sized pots to each diner instead.
Choose from nine different hot pot options including Taiwan’s original house special (¥1,580) featuring tofu, sliced pork, mushrooms, clams and more; an extra spicy version (¥1,980); or the Japan-limited rose milk hot pot with cabbage, udon noodles, broccoli, corn, mushrooms and more. If you're still feeling peckish, try out some of the other menu options including Taiwanese-style fried chicken and bubble tea.
