The second Japan branch of Bill Granger's breakfast empire opened inside Yokohama's Red Brick Warehouse in 2010. Just like the Shichirigahama restaurant further south down the coast, this 120-seater serves up favourites like Scrambled Organic Eggs with Toast and Ricotta Hotcakes with Fresh Banana and Honeycomb Butter. It's also one of the few businesses in the building to open before 11am – although 9am on weekdays isn't exactly ideal for a joint priding itself on morning meals.
