Bar Amarena

A 'customised' restaurant opened in Aoyama in December 2016, Amarena is sure to please really picky eaters, but it could be a nightmare for the perpetually indecisive. You can choose virtually everything yourself, from the ingredients to be used for your meal to its size and even the cooking method employed. They display their daily changing, colourful ingredients (meat, seafood, produce...) in a glass case so you can see exactly what you're paying for, and the female chefs – who are all very genki – add to the experience. If you're very particular about your nutritious intake, Bar Amarena, which also allows pets in the terrace area, might be the eatery for you.
