On a clear day it’s good to enjoy a meal in a bright, retro-style café that has its windows thrown open to welcome the sunshine. Vegetarian café Alaska is exactly that kind of place: the brainchild of Shunji Mori, occasional DJ and member of the band Natural Calamity, it has a vibe that's just right for lone patrons. Just next door is the Fhont Shop, run by the stylist Ryoji Honma, who happens to be Mori’s best friend.
