To the city’s art-loving late-night party-goers, Tokyo Lovehotels needs no introduction. The ever-creative, trailblazing event collective has amassed a dedicated following with their monthly parties featuring pop-up exhibitions and performance art.
In the spirit of embracing the spring season, this upcoming event is titled 'Birds and Bees'. Live music will be provided by Sushi Banks and Kiki, who will be joined by exhibiting visual artists Luis Arèf, Alex Vesna and Yusuke Nagata, with live painting by Yocosu.
On top of the music performances and art installations, the event will also offer tattoo, airbrushing and apparel pop-ups for party-goers to explore. As always, you can try your luck at the Lovehotels video game for the chance to win a free drink, or make your way over to the pop-up kitchen for a mouthwatering bowl of butter chicken curry if you get hungry.
