Tokyo Rainbow Pride put on a massive celebration of love and diversity over the Golden Week weekend. The main festival was held at Yoyogi Park, with lots of exciting activities, live performances and food stalls, while NGOs, brands and corporations showed their support for an open, inclusive Tokyo. It culminated with a grand finale parade overtaking the streets of Shibuya and Harajuku on Sunday. The surprisingly family-friendly affair attracted approximately 7,000 participants, all dressed up in their most colourful and creative costumes as they make their way through the 2.5km route. We couldn't miss out on this meaningful annual event and so we attended the parade with cameras in tow. Relive the good moments through these photos.
