With cherry blossom season just around the corner, Starbucks Japan is getting ready to roll out its highly coveted annual sakura-themed merchandise. The new collection will officially be available in stores as well as online from Saturday February 15. If you’re planning to snatch up some merch in stores, we recommend getting to Starbucks early, as people often line up well before opening time to snag these sought-after items.

Of course, it wouldn’t be sakura season without a special sakura-themed beverage. For this year, Starbucks is releasing a refreshing white peach and sakura warabimochi Frappuccino (¥687). The frosty drink features a milk base blended with white peach and white chocolate-flavoured syrup. The Frappuccino also includes a bottom layer of sakura-flavoured warabimochi and is topped with strawberry-flavoured whipped cream.
