Fold the mask
This method, recommended by no less an authority than the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, is the easiest way to avoid fogging up your glasses: simply fold the top portion of the mask inwards before placing it on your face. This prevents your breath from travelling up towards your glasses.
Add a tissue
Another way to keep your glasses clear is to add a tissue at the top of the mask where it would sit across the bridge of your nose. This is a good option if you rather not reduce the size of your mask by folding it.
Pinch the mask
Most common kinds of paper face masks have a piece of wire embedded at the top, to help shape the mask around the bridge of your nose. If you pinch this wire down so it fits snug around your nose, It should stop the air you breathe out from fogging up your lenses.
Some drugstores in Japan sell masks specifically made for people wearing glasses. These come with a piece of foam near the nose bridge which helps form a seal. Masks aren’t so easy to find right now, but if nothing else works, keep an eye out for one of these.
