George van der Broek, a young singer-songwriter from Surrey, UK, channelled his emotions into music as the one-man band Yellow Days and found himself a global following. With a series of five albums that ask listeners to examine the state of their lives, Yellow Days attracted record audiences in its tours of the UK and the US. Now the band brings the same message to Japan on May 20. Starting at 8pm at the live-house WWWX in Shibuya, the performance promises to take the audience members on a ride as they are encouraged to self-reflect through the songs. All-standing tickets are ¥5,800 (advance sales) and doors open at 7pm.
