A regular occurrence at Kabukicho's quirky Be-Wave, the always diverse Soi48 party, run by dynamic DJ duo Keiichi Utsuki and Shinsuke Takagi, returns to action on Friday night. Also set to appear at this year's Fuji Rock, Utsuki and Takagi will be joined by eclectic minyo (Japanese folk music) duo Riyo Mountains, collector of Turkish music Kunio Teramoto aka Moppy, and cosmopolitan spinner Koichi Tsutaki, whose sets travel wildly across continents and genres.
