Time Out says

The annual Ocean Peoples music festival is returning this summer at a bigger and better venue. Head over to Inage Seaside Park this weekend for a waterfront music festival aimed at promoting the conservation of oceans and marine life.

Organised by the same team behind the annual Greenroom Festival in Yokohama, this lively extravaganza allows you to shop for all things ocean-related, from swimwear to surfboards, while enjoying live music by the beach. Participating artists include pop group Def Tech, hip-hop artist Awich, French DJ Dimitri from Paris, and more.

While many spaces within the venue are free to enter, including the beachside marketplace and food stalls, the pool area which hosts the main music stage is ticketed. Entry costs ¥8,000 per person and tickets are available online
