With their second album Floa, British ensemble Mammal Hands proved they were much more than a traditional jazz trio. Hailing from Norwich, they've risen rapidly within the ranks of Manchester indie label Gondwana Records since debuting back in 2012, and now hit Tokyo in anticipation of a new release set for later this autumn. Catch Nick Smart on the piano, Jesse Barrett on the drums and tabla and Jordan Smart on the saxophone in the intimate-enough surrounds of Unit.
