Sweet-voiced songwriter Kev Gray used to be a ubiquitous presence on the Tokyo live circuit, but family matters and dodgy vocal cords conspired to keep him out of the action for most of 2012, and he's been having to go easy on the gigging this year too. Catch him in a (relatively) rare full band show at Crawfish this month, where Gray performs with his regular, blues-and-everything-else combo The Gravy Train, then takes the mic with new funk outfit TEFCO (Tokyo Electric Funk Corporation).
